Collecting art is hard to do (aka HELP!)

This is Blue Rose by Sylvia Ji. I am obsessively in love with it. It is a limited edition (of 100) glicee print. It is 14" x 14", but framed in the most wonderfully ornate frame, which makes the whole thing around 24" x 24".

It is $550. The question is, do I buy it?

I've been thinking about moving out this year, and I'd like to start collecting art to have on the walls. It'd be the feature piece!

They have Blue Rose in the window of Outre but it's been sold. There are four others in the store though - Nightshade, Lovestruck, Rosa (I want I want) and another one.

I know, that's where I first spotted it. La Catrina has been there for months now. I decided that half a grand can be better spent, but I really fucking love it. It's cheap enough to buy from overseas but then I have to frame it myself, and I don't know if I could find one as fantastic as the Outre one.
